Is this a possibility? How incredible would that be to have AmiKit X running on upgraded original hardware!? Has this been done, attempted or in the works?

The efforts of Amikit for real amigas are fantastic. But it makes a lot of compromises to run on old hardware. I think many of us would like to see Amikit X on the vampire with the same visual experience as on WinUAE. I think once the hard fpu is available it might run out of the box if copied from the WinUAE HDF image to an sd card.

Yes, I would love to make a full quality port for Vampire. What I miss is the most important thing, the Vampire itself. I am waiting for the A1200 standalone system (as I don't have any real HW here).
