I would love to Cyril... but all I can say for now is that if the plan comes true, the AmiKit version number will be bumped from v8 to v10 straightaway

Hi Jan. Any ETA for a new release ? Apart from owb, it would be great if it came with some PPC apps / games... not that it's really relevant, but it would add some features brought to the amiga during its 68k+PPC period. Petty much its last period before disappearing.

Yep and I am not very familiar with such software as I have never had PPC. It was way too expensive for me at that time.

AmiKit 8.5 with several software updates will be released before or during this summer, hopefully. The AK9/10 concept is still in process of shaping, so any ETA would be a pure guess. I'd be happy if it's released this year, though.

Would be nice if Amikit also would work without JIT - sometimes JIT just makes trouble and in my past experiences with Amikit i had recurring crashes when not using JIT!

A well configured PPC Amikit setup would be bliss

I do own AOS 4 FE classic btw.

I would like to add; I find Diskmaster II to be better that Dopus. Transfered it from my old A1200 harddrive that has been lying in a cabinet f or years, and copied it to my 4 gig CF card where ive been usind Dopus 4 and 5.
Dont see myself returning to Dopus now that DM2 is installed
