I've installed AmiKit and used Kickstart 3.1 from WinFellow (don't know if it's ok for this). After running Amikit and choosing English language I see this...

All options ask me to insert disk. What can I do from here and on?

Amikit doesn't contain any system files, so you have to use some kind of installation source for these. As you can see on the buttons, you can use the original OS3.9, OS3.5, OSXL, AmigaForever2005 CD or AmigaForever2005 Online Edition.

Winfellow will run significantly worse than any UAE based Amiga Emulator. While Fellow was ok for A500 emulation, and by OK I mean... not that great... Amikit does emulate a much more modern Amiga. As such, it benefits highly from things like JIT ... so consider using the WinUAE included with it (you don't need to download anything else, it installed that for you (assuming you're using Windows, as you said WinFellow.)

If you're using something other than windows and it's actually fellow, try e-uae - I've used it, and it does very very well.
