Need Customer ID

While I have the emails sent back and forth for my purchase of AmiKit XE for the Raspberry PI 400 ... I don't seem to have my customer ID. Would be willing to send that to me? I would appreciate that since I need it to upgrade the system.

Hi Troy!

Sorry for the trouble.

You can find your Customer ID in the "Order Information" part of your personal download page. It's the very same page where you downloaded the AmiKit image from.

To get to that page, simply click the link in the email you got upon purchase.

I don't seem to be able find that email. I have the Receipt but not the personal download page. I must of saved it off somewhere and lost where I put it. sorry.

I have exact the same issue. Have look in my mail and even in trashmail and I dont find the mail. I have bought 3years support a couple adays ago and hardware is rasberry pi 400. Would appreciate if amikit could send that Email again to me.

I check my Email now and sadly it went into trashmail luckily i check it now And found it. Thanks Jan and all others that make amikit.
