Downloads are numbers only. Limited time?

Hi, I bought the extended version for all platforms including flower pots. I thought hardware key or usb drive was part of this? All downloads show numbers only and no file or extension names/ formats (no .exe, .dmg, .zip, .tgz, etc.) and I have limited time to download. This is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Downloads attempted through Firefox 87.0 Windows 10, and through Free Download Manager (Light) 3.9.7.

Hi Katrina and welcome to Support Forum.

That is exactly how your download page should look like. It's enough to click the green Download buttons to download your files. And don't worry about the time limit - if you don't manage to download it within the given 72 hours, I can always prolong it for you. No problem.

Regarding the USB key being part of SuperCombo package - I don't see such information on my website. Where did you see that?
