Hi, Thanks for Amikit, i really enjoy using my virtual amiga with modern facilities.

Today, i've encountered diffiulties to convert pictures with "Picshow" :

- i choose to view a picture in png (a screen grabbed with WinUAE)
- then i click "save picture", a requester appear with a name and extension ".iff" (perfect i want to convert png to iff), i click OK but a message "failed to save picture" appear

I am using Amikit XE with roms 3.1.4 (fresh install from this morning)

Hey, wow, PicShow is able to convert images? I had no idea Please check its documentation in AmiKit:Utilities/PicShow drawer. I will do the same and let you know if I found anything that would solve the issue.

It seems like it should save in iff, another fonction can export jpeg but any of them run. The doc isn't helping in anyay for trouble in those commands
maybe snoopdos help but i'm not an advanced user then i don't understand lots of things in the log but maybe it looking for a config file ilbmdt44.pref
I prospect in the side of the datatype and let you inform if i discover more
