Hello. I just renewed my subscription but i'm still getting a 'subscription invalid or expired' message while applying the latest update. Can you please help?

Hello, please make sure you entered your details correctly, to the correct fields. If it still does not work, please send me a screenshot of your LiveUpdate Subscription tab to amikit@gmail.com and I will check it for you.

Ive somehow managed to not get an email from you with the purchase info (cust ID and such) it isnt such a far flung idea that i typed my email in wrong!! although seeing as the support forum email went into my spam folder i think ive got an idea whats happened !! - can i resolve this somehow (i do have the purchase shown on my bank statement).
