Amikit Win(10) Update from v11.4.3

Hello,

i have download first v11.6 (sorry my...).

I cant install v11.5

Pls help me
(sorry i cant english)

v11.4.3 also won't update for me. I have versions 11.5 and 11.6 downloaded.
When i reboot, i get the blue background screen, then the screen goes grey with the following requester:
ShowAmiga96 - Problem
At least one window (of an alien program) is still open on the boot screen.
ShowAmiga96 will stay in the background until all windows are closed.

Clicking «OK» closes the requester but nothing ever happens.
Quiting WinUAE and relaunching puts me back in v11.4.3 and i need to download v11.5 again.

Hello, can you disable the boot picture (ShowAmiga96) in MorpheuZ > Startup Control first?

I disabled the boot picture.

Now i get to a window asking me to enter enter my subscription details into the Live Update subscription sections. This information is already there and i double checked it. Pressing enter back in the previous window, it says skipping update 11.6 because 11.5 isn't installed then exits and i'm still with version 11.4.3. Earlier today i paid to renew by subscription.

You must click OK and click to the Shaddow Window. install go on ;)

I have new install complete to v11.4.3 and have a break «UPDATE ARCHIVE CORRUPTED». while...

EDITH: ;)
So....download v11.5 break at 25000kb and v11.6 load correct!
Preview is 11.5(61MB) 11.6(4MB)

Edit2:
Size EXPANSION all after DL: «30.138.032kb»

So i tried to upgrade again. This time after downloading the updates i quit WinUAE and relaunched AmigaForever. This time the updates went through and i'm now at version 11.6.

I'm also having problems installing 11.5.

I am currently running XE 11.4.3 on Windows but it doesn't seem to recognise my email address and customer ID. I downloaded 11.5 and rebooted, but it failed, saying a valid email address and customer ID are required, even though I have entered them.

I have followed the advice above and tried several times, but without success.

It was my fault! I was convinced that I had entered the details correctly but I just went and looked again and realised there was a typo in my email address. Must have looked at it a dozen times and didn't notice. Working fine now! Thanks.
