New purchase but no installers

Hello, I have purchased «Lifetime AmiKit Updates & Support (Win/Mac/Lin+Rasp)» but didn't get any installation files. I have a running and actual Amikit XE installation but I need the installation files for installing Amikit on other machines.
I don't have the installers for Windows, Linux and RasPi. I sent you a mail on 25 november but got no answer yet so I try it now via support forum.

Got your mail, thanks. Anyway, the whole transfer is very tricky, even after years. Paid the highest prices and cannot proceed without any help, that's not what I expected but well. Also got now the RasPi image and I hope, I get all future updates without problems.

Would be kind if you send me the two actual installers for Win & Linux in version 11.8 because my latest installers are version 11.0 if I remember well.

Unfortunately not.
I got no mail with installers attached yet and I would like to close this case until xmas so please try to send me the files once more.

Excuse me, but I really did. Please check your mailbox for email from E-Junkie. Check your spam folder too.

Both checked, nothing arrived. Only an info mail about Amiga Retro Monitor on Kickstarter. But I have set both of your mail adresses (gmail & e-junkie) on the white list at my provider now, maybe the server deleted the mails automatically because of the attachments from an unknown source.
Would you try it once again? If it doesn't work then I hope I can update from my old installers.
