Cant Activate my Subscription

Dear Support Team

i ve bought the 59.95 Package from AmiKit and got an ID. After installing the AmiKit Programm i get asked for Subscription: Custommer ID and E-Mail. After typing in a Windows Explorer Windows open, and asks me to buy a 1 year license for updates. But i dont need because i ve bought 30 mins ago in 2022. Need assistance please.

Im using a Windows 10 I7 4790K / 1070 TI / 32 Gbyte Ram / AmiKit 11.5.0

Cant upgrade to 11.6.1

Hi Robert,

after you entered your details into the Live Update program, do NOT press the «Subscription Options» button. Instead, simply switch to «Available updates» tab and download the updates.
