I cannot reproduce the problem here, unfortunately. The only thing I see in the config you sent me is that you are using wrong kick.rom file. It should be A1200 ROM, not A4000 ROM.
Anyway, if it works fine on your desktop while it does not on your laptop, there must be something wrong with your laptop and/or Windows installation, I guess. Please be advised that I am not a hardware expert, nor Windows or WinUAE expert... but I am really interested in what's happening there. Could you please send a bugreport to Toni Wilen - the author of WinUAE? Feel free to put me in a copy.
- before you start emulation, enable "Create winuaelog.txt" and "Log illegal memory accesses" in WinUAE Misc settings.
- start emulation. When it crashes or slow downs, quit the emulation.
- then find "winuaebootlog.txt" and "winuaelog.txt" in AmiKit/WinUAE folder and send them (together with your .uae config) to firstname.lastname@example.org
