Hi Bruno,

first of all, make an image of your CF card so you can re-flash it later if anything goes wrong. You can use USB Image Tool for the job, for instance: https://www.alexpage.de/usb-image-tool/download/

Which Vampire do you have exactly? With which core? If it is an AROS core, be advised that AROS ROM is not 100% compatible with AmigaOS. While AmigaOS ROM can boot AmiKit CF card, the AROS ROM cannot. This is something that should be addressed by Apollo.

Anyway, if you have V4SA, you can map AmigaOS kick.rom from SD card when you power up your Vampire (you need to hold down right mouse button during power up). Please follow this link for more information: https://www.amikit.amiga.sk/v4coresupport

well I 'm not lucky It's the core V4 aros....
the hold right button during power up doesn't work. I put the Amikit CF and a micro sd with kick.rom, I try to start holding right mouse button but no boot

Which V4 core version is it?

Please note that in R4 core the boot SD feature was removed. In that case you need to flash AmigaOS version of R4 core (not AROS).

It's not difficult to flash a new core. You just need a Blaster cable, Windows and the .jic core file. More info here, Method#1: https://wiki.apollo-accelerators.com/doku.php/system_tools:installing_cores

If you have the latest core, please install the latest SAGA drivers too: http://wiki.apollo-accelerators.com/doku.php/saga:updates

Regarding network, there is DEMO version of Roadshow installed. Run Dracula and activate it there.

For more information please refer to QuickGuide, there are some tips&tricks too: http://bit.ly/AmiKit-VampireGuide

Hi, we support existing AmiKit XE customers on V4 up to the core version R3. More info here: https://www.amikit.amiga.sk/v4coresupport

Regarding AmiKit in French, there are many French catalogues included. Simply use AmiKit:Prefs/Locale prefs to switch to French. There's also French keyboard installed in AmiKit:Prefs/Input prefs. Hope it helps?
