This should be the job of Birdie that is run in S:Startup-Sequence. Before the AfA_OS was implemented into AmiKit (v1.0 to 1.04) there had to be "Wait 1" in front of Birdie to ensure the Birdie starts successfully. In recent versions of AmiKit (1.1.0 and up) this "Wait 1" command is no more needed thanks to AfA_OS so it is disabled in Startup-Sequence. Try to re-enable it by removing ";" sign in the begining of the line. If it doesn't help, try to increase the value to 2.

(To edit startup-sequence use the taskbar -> Tools -> System -> Startup-Sequence. If you save your changes the error message appears but ignore it, your file is saved anyway ;)
