Optimizing the Amikit

On page 10 of this article line 3 says to do a Simplefind3 and search for files ending in *.ct It goes on to state it is safe to remove the files corresponding to the .cd

Should ".cd be .ct"?

The .cd and .ct files belong to various programs and are needed for translators only. They contain the text to translate. The functionality of the programs will not be affected if you delete such a files. On the other hand, by deleting them you won't gain much free space either. I would consider to delete them only if I was limited by space, eg. when copying AmiKit to USB flash disk.
