Got AmiKit 1.1.1 and installed it. When getting to the AmiKit RomFind 1.0 it cannot identify my ROMs delivered with Amiga Forever 6.0. Should I use the AF 2005 CD instead? I've even tried copying it manually and renaming it to kick.rom.

Any idea as to what's wrong?

If there is or was AF2005 installed on this machine, you should use the AF2005 CD instead.

Well, the AF6 ROMs are probably different to those included in AF2005 or AF2006. However, if you copy the AF6 ROM to AmiKit manually, it should work. Just don't forget to copy the keyfile as well.

What is more important, AmiKit doesn't support AF6 as a source for system files, unfortunatelly. You won't be able to finish complete AmiKit installation. Please use the AF2005 or AF2006 CD instead. These versions are fully supported.

Well, back when I was using Amikit 1.01, through 1.04, I had AF 6 installed and never had trouble using the 3.1 rom file from it. But I just got AF2006 and now use its 3.1 rom with 1.2.0 of Amikit.
