Hi,
Can you please tell me what OS version do you have?
Is the error message shown in Amiga environment?
Is this the first message you see after you start the emulation? No language requester window, nothing? Just this message?
Thank you.

Hmmm, seems strange. Are you sure you have the latest version? Please try to re-download the installer and re-install. I'll check the scripts tomorrow when I get home. Thanks.

Hello

Not working.

I've scan the register, and I've delete all things about Amikt, but with no success.

I had this issue, too! What helped me out was installing AmiKit version 1.5 (mirrored on amigafuture.de) and then updating the whole system till 1.6.1 which goes automatically during AmiKit's update feature.

Btw. this workaround works also when you get the message "Volume XY is write protected!" after three >>> during AmiKit 1.6 installation process.

Good to hear that. I did not think of that kind of solution

Eric, I still want to investigate this issue. Could you please send me your contact so I can send you the fixed version, please?
