What's the difference between "Fullscreen" and "Fullscreen RTG"?
Are they mutually exclusive and/or what happens if you select both?

If you select neither then I presume that's when Amikit tries to run in "Windowed mode"

"Fullscreen" is for native screenmodes. For example 99% of Amiga games run in native screenmode. "Fullscreen RTG" is for P96 screenmodes, eg. AmiKit desktop.
