How do I set a downloaded picture as a desktop background?

Providing you use Directory Opus Magellan environment in AmiKit:

Hold down the right-mouse button over the picture file and select "Set as Background".

Use the Directory Opus Environment Settings (right mouse -> "Settings" -> "Enviroment...") to save your new settings. While you're there, you might want to edit more graphics settings in "Backgounds" section.
