(AmiKitX 10.4.1., Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32bit, DOpus5 custom AmiKitX setup).

Hi, can I make a complete backup of my own custom AmiKitX setup, so I can just load a single backupfile / harddisk file into WinUAE or into the AmiKitX setup,
if my host computer needs to be re-installed or if I buy a new harddisk for my host pc ?

I'm very happy with my current custom AmiKitX setup and would like to preserve it so I don't have to make all the changes again from scratch

Thanks

Guessing, just copy the hdf file ?
What I did is tgz each dir in AmiKitX-not the root dir- and also the root dirs.
I did this from AmiKitX running but you will need to tgz the WinUAE
dir from the Windows side

Simply backup the whole AmiKit folder. Or just AmiKit.hdf file. Easy as that.
