With the new MacOS version release (Catalina), 32-bit WINE that's used in Amikit won't work anymore.

Do you have any instructions for swapping in 64-bit WINE?

Any guidance would be much appreciated. I'm delaying my OS upgrade because I don't want to lose my virtual Amiga.

Yes, the upcoming macOS update 10.15 Catalina is dropping support for 32-bit applications.

But don't worry. As soon as the new Catalina is released, we will work hard to make AmiKit run on it.

Meanwhile, if you want to continue using AmiKit on your Mac, please wait to update. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Danica, yes, I understand a lot. We're still waiting for these guys: https://www.codeweavers.com/about/blogs/jwhite/2019/10/25/quick-catalina-update-october-25-2019
And it seems they made some progress, already.

But if you already upgraded to Catalina, you can always use Mojave paralely by installing it to other partition of the same Mac computer and then just boot Mojave. Here's how: https://www.imore.com/how-to-partition-your-mac

Hope it helps!
