The update is delivered to you automatically thanks to AmiKit Live Update feature.

BUG NOTE: If you installed this update and then you run "Install Patches" to install additional patches into your OS3.9, it might happen that PNG won't be shown correctly anymore. If this happens please add C:morelibspace command into your Startup-Sequence, just right after C:Safe command. Another alternative how to avoid possible problems with PNG icons is to run "Install Patches" BEFORE you install this update.

EDIT: The offline cumulative update archive is also available. This cumulative update installer updates any AmiKit 1.2.x installations to AmiKit 1.3.0. This is useful especially for those users who cannot use, for whatever reason, the AmiKit Live Update feature. The AmiKit_12x-fix.exe archive is also included. Note that after the installation of this cumulative update the first startup of AmiKit will take longer. This is because the update files will be extracted during this first startup. This might take up to several minutes, especially if you're updating from v1.2.0.

A small observation...

Every time I try to create a new drawer... I get a low memory error

Anyone else getting this?

Under my 3.1 testbed... not a problem... just the 3.9/AmiKit setup.

Does it happen in DOpus or Workbench? If it's in DOpus, do you create drawer in Icon mode, Icon Action mode or Name mode? How much memory do you have assigned for emulation? Did you installed BoingBags?

This happens in Workbench 3.9/KS 3.1...

I have the BoingBags installed.

I don't really use DOpus since I cheat and do most of the file management from Windows XP using Total Commander.

Bogdan

PS. Restored my pre-AmiKit 1.3 system partition and the problem is not there.

I can easily create a new folder from Workbench (via Amiga-N)

I am unable to reproduce the bug here. Can you tell me exactly what do you do? Can you try it with fresh AmiKit 1.3.0 install?

Fixed the issue...

The ASyncWB was turned off in my WBStartup.

Once I re-enabled the tool, everything was fine.

Did you shut down the emulation and restart?

Also -- make sure that C:morelibspace in in your Startup.sequence.

Hmmm . . .

It's a problem with morelibspace not allocating additional space for the png icons.

Make sure that c:morelibspace is the second line of the Startup.Sequence -- should look like this:

C:Safe RENRAM OWNOUT MOUNTSIZE=6684 ;Checks for viruses
C:morelibspace

You might also try disabling the virus checker (comment the first line out & remove it from WBStartup) -- since morelibspace behaves much like a virus.

If that doesn't help, remove EVERYTHING from WBStartup and see if it works then. If it does, then add things back one at a time until you find the culprit.

Let me know how it goes.

This might be due to new AfA_OS version. The issue is being investigated.
